The Safari Club - Thermopolis

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was terrible. It took an eternity to receive our drinks and meals. The drink I ordered was overly sweet with no alcohol and tasted horrible. My meal was the most basic option on the menu, and while I wasn't expecting much, I was still disappointed—it was bland and served cold. We waited three hours for everything. I'm generally not picky about restaurants, but I can confidently say this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. At the end, they treated me to the bill while I waited far too long. I would not recommend eating here.

Apart from the One-Eyed Buffalo, this is the only place to enjoy a nice dinner. Of the two, this is my favorite. It's a classic steakhouse with thoughtfully prepared steaks and sides. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful.

I have to say, I was not impressed. The Alfredo was poorly executed, and it took forever for everything to arrive. We inquired about the drinks menu, but our server never brought it to us, even though we were clearly interested. The cheesecake was disappointing as well; it wasn't even that good. It arrived lukewarm alongside the appetizers, making it feel like no one was paying attention to the service. We won't be coming back.

Eating was delicious and great. teresa the bartender and server was great. she was nice, funny and always attentive.

Came here for my Birthday Dinner and it was wonderful! Great food. Nice quiet atmosphere. Good prices. Definitely will come here more often!
