La Fiesta - Thermopolis

This is the worst Mexican food I have ever had. My partner couldn't even cut through the chili relleno, beans, and rice with his knife.

The restaurant closed after only a few months. The food was consistently overcooked and dry. Unfortunately, there are not any good Mexican restaurants in Thermopolis.

It can be difficult to find real, authentic Mexican cuisine outside of the West Coast, but this restaurant definitely delivers. The free chips and salsa were fantastic!
