Lovely food ,friendly staff ,great little find before the cold play concert at Wembley

Nice little pub. Good quality Ciders and Lager. Very accommodating to Away Supporters on the way to Reading. Tastey food aswell. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Sensational Sunday dinner I visited this beautiful place for a Sunday dinner. there was a wide range of meat and vegetarian options available. one of the few pubs on site that have other vegetarian options such as chili and curry, so a good foundation. I had the nuss roast, which was accompanied with kartoffeln, veg and a side of cauliflower cheese, it was delicious. the personal was very fast, super friendly and the whole place had a nice atmosphere. I will return!

We have broken down on our return on this charming, cozy pub. we had a fabulous house boiled roast dinner. excellent quality meat with a large selection of vegetables cooked to perfection. the staff was very friendly and made them very welcome. it is also convenient directly at the m4 so little from a distraction. we will definitely be back!

We stopped here on Thursday of the weekend with our dog and were greeted with warm by the workers who were absolutely beautiful. we were initially only grateful that the pub was still food served and that there was space in the garden for us to enjoy the weather so we were pleased to find that eating was super tasty and the service was great. our beeenmann monty received a doggy shell (without request), which was a sweet note. the team went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. thank you people
