This was an interesting experience. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable of the menu items. She was quite kind Alexis is her name. The bread pretty good. The asparagus with crab meat, appetizers really good flavor. The red snapper linguini good flavor, fish a little dry for me The lamb they disappeared pretty quickly View all feedback.
I've dined myself alone while my car was waiting. Monday at 11:00 was perfect. I had the whole place for me. Cosy atmosphere with an interesting playlist of music. The food was fresh, homemade and fantastic. I had a house salad, cattle ravioli and a lemon desert with coffee. I recommend for a date night or just a casual meal. I'll come back.
We love the atmosphere of Via Emilia! We had dinner here and really enjoyed the wild boar gnocchi special (available through Oct 2022 along with the pollo alla parmigiana (I substituted Alfredo on the linguine instead of the pomodoro sauce. The lighting is very dim, so I tried my best to brighten the photos. They are very versatile and willing to swap sauces if you prefer some thing different than the menu says. The cannoli was delicious and reminded me of our time in Italy, I eat it before I was able to get a photo. The tiramisu was also fantastic! My husband had the self-control to savor it for three days.
My wife and I have eaten a few times and they didn't disappoint today. The Chelan Sea Bass with rosemary potatoes is my new favorite dish. The limincello martini, shaken not stirred, is great as always. I would highly recommend!
Hands down the best restaurant in the woodlands….out of the 5 we went to…lol. But seriously, this was a great experience, live pianist, amazing food, patient and friendly waitress, and the staff was very friendly too. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. High class. My husband and I absolutely loved it!
Gives a perfect fine dining experience. The employees are very polite and play a perfect host. A little expensive, but worth the money.
