The inside ambience is gorgeous. We were placed outside which I did not mind but some of our party was not dressed for outside and the warmth. I made the reservation weeks ago and would have appreciated being asked if outside was good with us. What if we had someone that did not want to be outside. Next time communication please. The food was delicious and the service was good. View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Brio Italian Grille Woodlands:
Food was good, but service was spotty. After first order and drinks came, saw no one for more than 15 min (not even to ask about another drink). Food came out fine. It appeared to be a relatively empty restaurant, given the time, so would have anticipated more. People were waiting at the front when we left and were told that it “would be a while”. Maybe they were short-staffed…just did not appear so. View all feedback.
I’m so glad they reopened. Great food and service Very reasonable
The staff and food were excellent. We will be back.
We’ve had better experiences here in the past. Our waiter was nice and polite but tried to upsell us on everything on the menu. Our birthday celebrant requested angel hair pasta in his entree, which the waiter said was no problem, but that’s not what came to the table. He also took the liberty of bringing out a birthday cake but then charged us for it. After delivering the bill, he completely ignored us, as if we were never there.
Went NYE...had great server and food was very good. Sat quickly with our reservation. Nice value for a decent meal with family.
