What J Blurry TV doesn't like about Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory:
This isn’t the first time I had problems here. I never write reviews but this place has just not been it lately. The food has just been horrible. I’ve had uncooked chicken, constantly food missing in my order. This has happened 2 times where I get the taco plate and they just don’t put any meat in the tacos it’s crazy. The food is Tex Mex fast food. I really enjoy the kind service and it's the fastest place to get lunch during the lunch rush hour.
Really decent food, relatives to the price it's amazing.
