Staff so rude! Waited for EVER for food! They gave our order to someone else and never bothered to tell us , while watching us sit there never asked if there was a problem etc . Had to go tell them we wanted our food and they acted mad at us because they gave our food away! THEY were rude to people that couldn’t speak perfect English, rude to people that had a speech impediment. NEVER AGAIN will I waste money here . View all feedback.
Great food, city's worst customer service! again, the burgers are good, the chicken strips are good, the steak fingers are possibly the best in Odessa, but... the customer service is terrible. there are 2 elderly ladies that run the drive thru. 1 can't remember your order and is rude on the drive thru speaker and the other lady is extremely rude as you hand her your money to pay. such a hard decision to go because the food is great but the service is awful.

Usually very good but tonight the steak fingers were over cooked and tough. When the usual drive through order taker isn't on duty, you better double check your order when you get to the window. The short Hispanic lady always gets it right but she was leaving today when we got there after 5pm.
My wife and I dined there for the first time today. The steak fingers were excellent, and the gravy complemented them perfectly. We were very satisfied with both the service and the meal. Next time, we'll try the burgers. We will definitely be returning customers!
The woman at the drive-thru was quite unfriendly! I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money at this disappointing establishment.
