The pricing is reasonable, and they offer excellent set menus. Please note that they only accept cash payments, whether for delivery or collection. What WDPenarth doesn't like about Wishful House:
I called on a Monday night at 7pm to order a simple Chicken Satay and chips. I was told there would be a half hour wait. By 8pm, my order had still not arrived so I called to follow up. I was given a story about traffic in Dinas Powys but assured my order would be there in 10 minutes. At 8:40pm, I tried calling again with no answer. I drove to the restaurant and found it closed. Worse, young chow fried rice we have ever tasted Bland ,taste less and find the meat also l had a bone in it We binned it Only went here as all other Chinese takeaways closed on Monday

Best Asian takeaway in penarth, always freshly cooked to order , the crispy beef pancake rolls are fried to perfection,
Good choice of food, our current favourite Chinese take away
