Contribute FeedbackThe Orange Tree Cafe presents an intriguing yet polarizing dining experience. While many rave about the diverse, creative menu—offering everything from classic breakfasts to adventurous homemade curries—certain dishes, like the eggs benedict, have disappointed in both temperature and taste. Service generally receives praise for friendliness, though incidents of rudeness have been reported. The atmosphere, enhanced by charming decor, can be marred by distracting noise. Overall, while some diners celebrate its local produce and joyful ambiance, others express dissatisfaction over inconsistent food quality and value, making it a venue that may appeal to some but not all.
That is the second time that I was here after a recommendation from a friend and I absolutely love it. eating is delicious with a really varied menu and it comes quickly. I have to be honest, it is not cheap and so far we have not been especially friendly by someone who is a scandal, but the selection is fantastic with both sweet and hearty oriented and just a personal note, apologising, but I ordered the gluten-free cocose and limette cake that looked divine, but it was the most beautiful thing I have ever tried. (think flash lemon floor cleaner! but if I complained, no refund was offered so that maybe something better customer care would be good, but the food and the ambiente are second to none
The food and the drinks here are always lush. friendly and fast service and staff are able to provide good information about allergens in food / beverages. beautiful decoration in caffe also, with a fireplace in the middle for when it is colder. cakes are beautiful.
If the food had been hotter, especially the meat, and if homemade apple sauce had been available today, it would have been a 5* review. fantastic sunday roasts
Incredibly delicious. large portions, innovative meals. a great place to eat either breakfast, dinner or just cake and tee.
A lovely Restaurant with very good food. I had the Ham, Cheese and Caramelised Onion Toasted Sandwich, and the ham was the nicest ham I have had in a long time. Lovely and tender.
