that could have been hotter. good selection of fruit, pasture and cooked breakfast. no baked croissants at 9 o'clock, although the breakfast is served until 10 o'clock. very moist fruit juices. Cappuccino machine does not work. View all feedback.

we found the raglands restaurant in the copthorne hotel to be unorganized and disappointing for our dinner. the selection on the menu was very limited. Eating here was really nice. the staff was very friendly and chatting. we went to the breakfast, it was an breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, warm and cold food available. there are seating over the lake that is beautiful. the drinks were included in the breakfast buffet. I rated it as four stars as I think it's a little overpriced for an breakfast buffet. it was a nice restaurant, and I would definitely visit again.
Food is good and at a reasonable price, especially for a restaurant. The only reason that let's this restaurant down is the price for drinks. It is the same as ordering another meal. Very, expensive, which put me off eating here again.
I visited this restaurant called Raglans at the Hotel Copthorne, Cardiff, for Sunday lunch with a group of friends. Nice large dining room, well equipped with lake view. . The staff is nice and the table, beautifully tiled, with white table clothes and bright glass, BUT . . The food was extremely disappointing. Very poor. The vegetables were so hard that I could cut the carrots or roasted potatoes. . I like Al Dente Veg, but these were totally undone. . A huge Yorkshire pudding was added to all meat dishes. I ate chicken and didn't appreciate this. Does it usually be a companion to the beef safe? Only one of our 7th group ate Yorkshire pudding and she because her meat was not edible. Fibrous and cold. . very poor by the way. She told the waitress, but she said it would happen, but nobody came to investigate. The peach pudding crumbled. A very disappointing lunch when The Manor Park. The Beech Tree and The New House make fabulous roasts on Sundays. We will not visit Raglans again at the Copthorne Hotel in Cardiff. change the chef please. .
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and talkative. We decided to have breakfast, which was served buffet-style with a wide variety of options including hot and cold dishes. The seating overlooking the lake was especially nice. The drinks were included in the buffet price. I have given it a four-star rating because I felt it was slightly overpriced for a buffet breakfast. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant dining experience and I would definitely return again.
Excellent food and Service Rib-eye Steak done it a T best steak taste and quality I have had for a long time .
