Marcos In The Park

This is the second year in which we visited marcos in porthkerry park, last year during covid, it was wet, and there was only one other person in caffe, but I remember that covid rules were very strict, and the security of staff and customers were...paramount that was eating well and encouraged us to call again. in this year the sun shined, the parking lot much more busy, and the caffe with many customers. since I remembered that eating was very good, the service was good, and the prices were very reasonable. my wife had the suppe that was excellent. I saw no one waiting for the service, and saw no one dissatisfied. in some ways it is nice to see the personal, the old friends welcomed as we have experienced.

Absolutely terrible experience not recommend! waited minutes on chips! we asked the workers twice where our food was, the first time they told us that they were busy, although the manager/owner had time to have a chat and with someone. outside they preach social distancing and according to the Kovid rules by making customers wearing masks, but the personal did not when we went to check where our eating was not one coworker had their mask on. they were very stubborn on the track and trace shapes and had brought us to the way, although we had already filled them, but we had not yet received our food. even if we wait for the manager over that he was very rude, asking, we could also see that other customers had to wait for her to eat, we could also hear that other customer orders are mixed. also asked to pay for a small bag ketchup after the minute waiting for our chips. we wanted to spend more money after our chips, but the staff and customer service were completely prevented from spending more money there.

After a beautiful bankholiday typical weather took a lesson for worse and it was half-term so with children and in the Porthkerry Park, it was still raining when we arrived and children moaning starved so parked and embarked on a caffe. it was a beautiful place with...possibilities and sanitizer in the square and sitting area with large sun umbrellas the food was freshly cooked to order and nice and hot and beautiful tasting and also served a good selection of cakes and ice cream. portions were very generous and children's meals especially excellent value for money. would definitely recommend and return

Beautiful place, guided by beautiful people in a beautiful place. make sure that they do not miss this wonderful jewel of a place for a coffee, sandwich or delicious home made cake. all nutritional factors. with a smile that will melt her heart.

Fantastic place to visit lovely ladies working there very pleasant and safe keeping everyone safe when they visit and the food was great fresh cooked well, I had I nice chatt with the ladies there about gloves and how important to use them in keeping...everyone safe... thank you ladies
