I don’t get it. 272 reviews of 5 stars??? I had scampi that dripped water when you bit them. The chips looked like oven chips and where dry. My wife had veggi sausage and mash with peas and gravy. The sausage was tasteless. The staff were pleasant and the tea was nice but the food is not. View all feedback.
Very clean cafe, excellent service, delicious Welsh Cake and cup of tea. Very keenly priced too. All staff seemed very friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Huge plus point was spotless toilets.
John's Cafe was recommended to me and it certainly lived up to the hype. The Full English breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. I appreciated the little containers for the tomatoes and beans. The toast was nice and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, the breakfast was a great value for the quality of food and service.

Excellent friendly Service.Breakfast and lunches are really good.Wide menu .good portion size and quality.Enjoy coffee here after a walk,and view is great.
Spotlessly clean , friendly staff and lovely breakfast , served piping hot ! No dogs allowed which is a bonus for us . Reasonably priced, and the coffee is good too.
