Brewers Fair - The Vale of Glamorgan

The team at the restaurant provided excellent service, especially Josh, Ellie, and Lewis. The manager, Josh, was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Even though some of the dishes we wanted were not available, we were offered suitable alternatives and informed about the remaining vegan options for each course. The food was delicious, hot, and well-presented. The restaurant was clean and inviting. It was refreshing to have a chain restaurant with multiple vegan options available for each course. We had a great experience during our visit and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The service at this restaurant is always fantastic thanks to Estelle. She is professional, polite, and always serves with a smile. The food is consistently delicious and served quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

Had breakfast dinner here on two days. The food is just as you expect from this chain and the premises are spotlessly clean staff friendly and helpful. The downside is that we were refused entry on our second night (for drinks only) as...a total of of us wanted to use the bar and you can't use the bar if you're not buying food! This is most bizarre doesn't happen at the two Brewers Fayre locations nearest to me. Ironic as of the in the party, eight of us were staying in the adjacent Premier Inn. It quite spoiled our second night and made us wish we had spent our collective money elsewhere, so the verdict is that it's OK but there are better choices locally I'm very sorry to say.

Working away for nites used bar every nite have to say Carl the host was excellent and loved his job and went out his way to make my service above expected manger material

Lovely meals today at lunchtime. The staff were warm, freindly and welcoming. Our food was cooked as we had asked for. Simply a lovely relaxing lunch.
