This is the top spot in The Pas for all kinds of coffee and tea. The clothing selection is amazing—very stylish! If you're in The Pas, you definitely need to stop by and see it for yourself. You won't regret it! View all feedback.

What Lydia Persaud dislikes about Lyet’s:
I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The owner was extremely rude to me and falsely claimed they had “no outlets” when I asked to charge my computer, despite the fact that the room was full of lamps. This was especially disheartening after I had politely paid for my tea. As a musician visiting from Toronto, it was disheartening to encounter this kind of racism in a town that also has many friend... View all feedback.

Amazing Coffee. Fabulous Environment. Beautiful Retail. And last but certainly not least a Gracious Hostess. I love coming into Lyet's and will be working it into my routine in the future.

I highly recommend trying the smoothies and the Italian sodas. They offer a great selection of gift items as well, including scarves and figurines that are frequently showcased. Additionally, there's a tanning bed available in the back, with very affordable rates for the sessions.

Despite this, we decided to place our order, but things only got worse. We encountered several rude comments and actions from the owner. She didn't want us to smell the teas, indicated she didn’t want us sitting down to work, and stated that she didn’t have any outlets available for our laptop chargers. When we noticed a table in the back that was near an outlet, she refused to let us use it, claiming her hydro bill was too high to allow customers to plug in. We felt incredibly unwelcome, and it was disheartening to see her treat one of us particularly rudely, which left us wondering if there was a hint of racism involved. Ultimately, we decided it was best to leave. We asked for to-go cups, which she provided begrudgingly, but the atmosphere was so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving without taking the tea. As travelers eager to connect with people in small towns we’ve never visited before, this experience left us heartbroken.
