Service was ok but it's counter service and then asking for tips. They did bring food but I have to get drinks Prices do not match website. Quite a bit higher.

I placed a Web order and was given a pickup time for about 50 minutes later. I know this place is popular and therefore usually busy at dinner. However, when I arrived, I had to wait another 45 minutes! After 20 minutes, I asked the hostess if there was a problem. She said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes after that, I asked again and she said my order was just going in. The hostess was matter a fact and offered no apologies. She said they had a lot of chicken orders. I would like acknowledgement that the web app time is not accurate. I’m tired hungry and a bit angry that they didn’t even try to make me feel better about waiting 45 minutes longer than the estimated wait time. And the chicken was not as good as I remember. In the future, I’ll stick with Scoot’s pulled pork which never disappoints. Unless I have another excessive wait time.

I got the special, burnt ends. They were tasty but portion size was pretty small for $18.

This place never lets me down for food quality and flavor. Today's brisket platter had thick slices of juicey, fork tender beef. Just a light touch of BBQ sauce to add to the flavor profile.

It was great alot of friendly people there the service was amazing an the food was top tear
