Food is good, but their online ordering system is terrible. I’ve ordered online about 5 times and every single time has been inaccurate in terms of timing. Today we ordered and it said it would be ready in 20-30 mins, it was ready in 10 mins. Ordered online on the way to work. Order was right on time and perfect. Super sweet women helped us as soon as we walked in. Our bagel sandwiches were perfect. The online order site made it super simple to order our bagels exactly how we wanted them. Going to try other items from the menu soon. Super clean and professional! View all feedback.
