From the mome... read more I visited Sequenza alone and it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had, not just in the Netherlands but in Europe. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming , sort of a home feel. Every course was beautifully presented with refined and well balanced flavors. You could really feel the creativity and attention to detail behind every dish, from the ingredients themselves to the pacing of the menu. The wine pairings worked perfectly with the food and elevated the whole experience even more. What I appreciated the most was that every technique and every ingredient actually had a purpose. A lot of restaurants add premium ingredients just for the sake of having them on the plate, but here everything felt intentional and thoughtfully put together. You can tell there’s real understanding behind the cooking, and that’s something I truly value. The hospitality also stood out to me. Even dining solo, I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening. The team was attentive, passionate, and explained the dishes in a way that felt personal and natural rather than rehearsed. Vincent in particular was absolutely awesome. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable with his warmth and professionalism, and I genuinely wish him all the best and all the success because he truly deserves it. It was honestly an absolute pleasure dining with you guys and I seriously can’t wait to come back to the Netherlands and visit again.

The dishes were both delicious and beautifully presented. The value for money is excellent. I especially want to thank the chef for their care and attention to every detail. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this place to everyone.
