We were staying at the hotel and arrived tired after a long drive from Germany. We are recent non drinkers and asked for zero alcohol champagne before dinner. The restaurant doesn 't offer it, Sebastian at the restaurant said, adding but I can make it if you 'd like! and we took him up on it.
