We ordered Icecoffee and Ginger tee, both written on the menu, no ginger tea was served, and instead of ice coffee I got sugar-overloaded hot coffee. After my complaint the waitress said 'sorry we don 't serve ice coffee '. She said NOTHING upon taking the order. Horrible service. View all feedback.
While I usually love Bakket Bart, my experience here wasn't up to par. I was given contradictory information from employees in regards to available cutlery, and the sausage rolls I ordered were stale and unevenly warmed up, still a bit cold in the center.
Friendly people, enough place to sit. Tasty food. Always a preferred stop.

Not only did we eat divine, the maquiatoo latte was super delicious, but also the service was excellent, very polite and friendly...
