Chang Thai - THE ENTRANCE

I've always enjoyed dining at this restaurant whenever I'm at The Entrance! The food is of excellent quality, fresh, and made with care. The owner is wonderful; she genuinely loves her guests and remembers them well! I highly recommend everyone to visit this place—it’s the best Thai food in town!

The entrance used to be a vibrant spot filled with tourists, but now, during the pandemic, it resembles a ghost town at night. Chang Thai and other eateries on the food street seem to be mostly vacant, with most patrons opting for takeaway. The food at Chang is delicious, affordable, and comes in generous portions. However, the service leaves much to be desired; despite being the only table in the restaurant, it still took over 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the quality and price of the food, but there is definitely room for improvement in both cooking and service times.

Oh my gosh, I would drive to the Entrance every weekend for this! The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and wonderful—it's just brilliant all around!

Wow! The food here was so good One of the best Thai restaurants on the central coast. This was my third time back and every dish I have had was amazing. Food was fresh and authentic thai. Had Vegan Tom Ka with rice best I’ve had. My husband had satay flat rice noodle was beautiful. they have lots vegetarian options and vegan when u asked.

Lovey food very delicious, Best Thai food around. Our 4th visit love it.
