This restaurant is in desperate need of new management. Today, they couldn't even handle a simple order and then proceeded to lie by claiming we had a conversation that never happened. After wasting my time waiting, they refused to add tater tots to my meal. I will never return to this place and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Their handling of the situation was unacceptable, and I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to another location than come back here.
I came to the restaurant to order a small fry and shake. I have been waiting for 20 minutes and 6 different cars that arrived after me have already received their orders. Now I am running late for work and still have not received my order.
