Shokku Ramen

This place is great everytime we come here. Even though everytime I come there is never a bartender, I'm still served and the drink is decent. I am glad they are now 24/7 cause some days I really do be craving ramen at night and I can just come pick it up. If you want to get the OX ramen I recommend calling to see if it's available, one of my fava from the menu

Only got to eat an appetizer because the waiter never came back. Two groups of customers who came in after we were well done with our gyoza got serviced. He even made time to stop chit-chat and flirt with a girl who was obviously another employee who stopped by off-shift. After sitting there like fools for 30 minutes, we decided to just leave. Couldn't even get someone to come by and give us a bill. We had to look up how much the gyoza cost and left $11 in cash to cover what we ate. This was our first time going here and the service was so lacking that we won't ever go back. That's a shame too because the food everyone else got looked delicious.

I find it very frustrating that when placing orders through Uber eats and you ask for a certain sauce that comes with the meal but yet in the order NOTHING EVER COMES. Tonight I had to drive back all for the sauce to go with my shrimp pops. Had happened numerous of times. I asked through the notes specifically “ can I please get an extra spice sauce” NOTHING, not even the one that comes with it.

This is a ramen place with anime ambience, great place for anime lovers. The ramen are good we tried Tori broth, shrimp and chicken gyoza. The shrimp and gyoza are tasty and fresh.

I’ve been here several times now and all at different times (they are open 24 hours) and every time the food and service is on point. The quality of the food is amazing for prices that are extremely incredible. I’ve had Christina as a server now as well several times and she has been a great representation of awesome service throughout the restaurant.
