Sam's Burgers

I was going to eat at Sam's yesterday, but got side tracked by Mas Taco. So, I headed back to Sam's today only to discover that they are owned by the same person. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and 1/2 order of fries 1/2 onion rings. I added chili cheese to the fries and also a slice of coconut cream pie for dessert. No complaints on anything here. Bacon was crispy and the patty was juicy. The fries are hand cut and onion rings are hand battered. Your onion rings come with a jalapeño ranch sauce that was really good. My pie was tasty, though it could have improved with being more coconut and less cream.One small suggestion. I prefer to have ketchup and napkins at the table. Once I sit down, I don't want to have to get up for more napkins and condiments.But, just as I had experienced at Mas Taco, the food was flavorful and the service was excellent. Good stuff.

Gotta say one of my new favorite burger joint bison burger and chili cheese fries ?

Tried this for lunch. Large hand made angus beef patty made for a great burger. Handcut fries were good but not great. Pies looked delicious but the pecan was on a premade crust that was like cardboard. Filling was good though. Counter service with a pleasant person.

Classy homemade Patties fries and pies. Cozy rustic feel. Right next to the office. Make sure to try the sweet potato fries and the veggie PattySome folks will dismiss strip mall burger joints, but you would miss out on a real gem. This strip mall is studded with great pies, great burgers and even good boba tea. Right next to the energy corridors high office buildings.

What a great alternative to the chain restaurants located a block away. Big burgers and sandwiches in a quiet setting.The key lime pie is definitely a winner.I would have been better prepared for the Cuban sandwich if it were labeled Cuban-style but it 's a hearty meal regardless.
