Tried something different and it was a treat! I'm not a huge ramen lover but, I needed something more soup like this night. I opted for spring rolls, and a bowl w/ some spice.Service is interesting; it's like the round robin, and everyone is checking on you. It's a cool concept to ensure no guest are overlooked. What Robert Shipman doesn't like about Pho Ben:
I placed an order through door dash (big mistake). My food arrived cold and essentially inedible. Additionally, there was no bowl container for the Pho.The spring rolls were good and the peanut sauce had excellent flavor.Recommend going in person vs ordering through an app. View all feedback.
This is a hidden gem in Houston. The beef spring rolls and bahn mi are a must try. Pho is great too! Prices are very fair. Food comes out very quickly. I highly recommend!
This really is an easy 5 stars. If you are looking for the most consistently good restaurant, of any kind, this IS the place. We have been here many times and it really does have delicious food the best service, price, cleanliness, and ambiance of any restaurant every single time. There may be some opinions that vary on the authenticity/taste of certain Vietnamese dishes in general but after trying many across the city, nothing compares overall to Pho Ben. This is true for the different locations as well. As a family we usually order spring rolls/egg rolls, our own choices of pho, sometimes a Bahn Mi. We have had other plated dishes too. All are good. The tea is great, too!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was impressed with the excellent customer service from the moment we walked in until we left. The atmosphere was charming and beautifully decorated. Although it was quite busy, we were still able to secure a table. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the combination pho, and the broth was full of flavor, with just the right amount of noodles and meat. I also sampled the Vietnamese egg rolls and spring rolls, which were both incredibly tasty! They had the perfect balance of flavors, and you could really taste the freshness. I highly recommend this place—10/10!
Pho Ben is my top choice for pho and Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of Houston Heights. Every dish is incredibly tasty, the service is prompt, and there's ample parking for you and your friends and family when you come by. The pho broth is wonderfully flavorful, and I especially appreciate its seasoning. My favorite dish is #18, which I enjoy with chili oil, coconut juice, and Thai tea. The ambiance is charming and welcoming; the restaurant is nicely decorated, making it a great spot for a pho date.
