Jack In The Box

I only ordered a hash brown during breakfast hours after church. It was soggy and warm to me as if it was old. I asked the young man if it was fresh. He said it was under the heater. I asked for a fresh hash brown and he said it was already fixed so I couldn't have another one. I asked for the manager as I used to work at Jack in the box as a teenager. He looked over at the fryer and said there are fresh ones coming out so I gave him back the soggy hash brown and he gave me a new one without a bag. Poor customer service at the window. This is not usually my experience at this location. The older lady is usually so friendly.

Love their breakfast! Also have had the yummy tacos for probably 50 years!

I had the pita pocket...something wasn't right..the pita bread was hard, and a slightly weird smell...my husband had burger comco. also the place could be cleaner in the cook area

Every time I go to the ladies are always extra nice and it makes the fast food experience that much better... The food is fresh and made during the order

Employees are extremely Slow Be sure to check your own order !!! They do not know what sauces to give and never get the orders right FOOD IS USUALLY COLD
