Fast Eddie's Houston-fuqua

AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS!!!! This is by far the WORST place you can even think to spend your .The girl that was working the front counter on 9/8/2023 WAS SO RUDE to every customer that came in she kicked out a family before they even got to pay and when they seemed upset she laughed and made faces as they walked out. We had table reserved and before any of our guest could show up they started bugging us about giving up our tables and that the MANAGER was complaining none of our guest were on time.The service for drinks takes so long your better off taking in your own drinks by time they bring you yours it’s watered down hot garbage.Don’t get me started on the parking broken glass all over the parking lot when we went they had some random homeless guy outside asking for . DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL SAVE YOUR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I went to fast Eddie’s on Saturday night; the staff there is extremely nice. There was a waiting list for pool and even on a busy night we were able to get a table pretty fast. The manager there is extremely nice and took care of me when I expressed my beer didn’t taste right and didn’t make me feel like it was my problem. Our waitress even when I could tell she was busy still made sure we were okay. If I went to the bar to get a drink she was right there making sure I was taken care of.The bartenders were on top of it too!!

This place is terrible. Was placed at a pool table and had no waitress for over 20 mins. Going to the bar to get a drink isn 't a problem, but when everyone around us was getting served at their pool table, it is. We had no waitress at all the whole time of our visit, and after letting the manager know, we saw the waitress sitting in distress with another pool table. At this pool table, we 've saw the manager and bouncer sit and talk, a long with other waitresses. From there, we received dirty looks from that pool table and it was obvious we 've been talked about badly, and for what? Not receiving service for no reason?According to the manager on staff the waitress that was on the section we were at supposedly refused to serve us for an unknown reason. We have never met this waitress in our whole time of going to this place. This is the second time we have been ignored and disrespected for absolutely no reason. The whole staff is rude and disrespectful. Please take your money elsewhere.

It was nice, good customer service and the people there was cool. Overall good vibe.

This place has terrible service and management I ordered a few drinks the waiter never brought them the first time I let it slide but the second time I went to get my own drinks that were sitting on the counter I wanted to speak to the manger (the bald one) but he refused me with an attitude the bar tender was rude too made a face when I placed my first order this place is trash never coming back here again if I could give it zero stars I would
