Horrible service! They don't wear gloves when handling your food and are 10 restaurants in one! They constantly are confused with orders coming in. If you do Uber or Door Dash expect to wait as they scramble to try and figure out what's going on andconstantly asking to look at your phone to make the order. (If you like to wait and germs in your food then this is the placeto go.

This Location on Airport Gulf Fwy. Not Friendly. Service needs improvement. Food was not what I expected. I ate other Location on Uvalde which is 5 star rating for me. Thought all Dona Tere was all same menu. It is not. Was told it is differentowners. If you want better food from Dona Tere. I recommend Uvalde Location. Uvalde has Tortillas hecha a Mano. And betterquality of food Very disappointed at this location. ON GULF FWY

I wouldn?t recommend this place at all. I get it the tamales ?are big? but what?s the point of selling big tamales for $4-$5 each when the masa is not even cook. And no flavor at all. First and last time.

Has management tasted the quality of these tamales? Very very little filling and its a big ball of masa.the flavor is ok can be better and very dry .The restaurants name has Tamales in it they should have better quality and taste .very disappointing .
