RYMAL/NEBO LOCATION: Whoever the disgustingly rude person is that takes drive-thru orders just before 6am rush needs to go! He is absolutely horrendous and has zero customer service skills. Not once has he conducted himself cordially or professionally. Why have him on the headset if he’s not going to at least be pleasant? As someone who worked at Tim’s in the past, I know what’s expected of window staff, and it’s far more than this sorry excuse. There’s no way staff and management aren’t aware; it’s constant, and it’s gross. There are lovely ladies at the window that almost make up for it, but not quite. There have been other issues with this location but I keep hoping for the best, as it’s close to home and on my way to work. I’ll definitely be taking a different route from now on.

I went to pick up my colleague's order. He had asked for a vegetarian wrap , and had clearly instructed no meats, but when he opened the wrap, it had bacon in it and we also found a hair in it.

Im never this much disappointed with this tim hortons. People running everywhere around and still getting this service ordered 3 french vanilla i got just half cups in each of these.! I guess its just waste of money.
