This franchise needs to get its act together and enforce having workable washrooms in this restaurant . The washrooms have been ‘out of order’ for well over a year now since before the pandemic even started. The real reason is that there are a lot of vagrants in the area that mess up the washrooms. Very rude staff poor customer service I went to order subway I am a vegetarian I asked the person to change gloves she started shouting at me and said I can leave I asked for manager she said I am the manager very poor service not gonna go their in future
I've been here several times and have never had an issue with the service or the food. I'm not looking to say one thing or another about the other negative reviews, but it just seems like there's a pretty big disparity between what kind of experience you'll get here. 1st visit-4/5- Rotisserie chicken with veggies on Flatbread. White chocolate macadamia cookie. Delish! 2nd visit-3/5- New steak sub on menu not as great tasting as advertised on TV.
Wish i could give less than 1 star. There is a guy name shweet. I placed the online order and arrived a bit early and when i asked for my food and the employee shweet started yelling at me. He was be like don’t give me the order. That was too rude. I am not sure if the owner reads all the reviews. But this guy has to go, otherwise this place will be losing too many customers.
