Most of the Starbucks locations I’ve been to are great but this one is the best. It’s 25 minutes out of my way but it’s worth the trip because the customer service is fantastic. Around 7pm on a Thursday had the drive thru girl get mad at me bc I didn’t wait until she was ready to take my order because “she was having a conversation with someone” not taking their order. I go to this location often to get my drink and to study. Upon entering I'm always greeted with very friendly staff, with great recommendations! The baristas are great and are able to craft the perfect and tastiest drinks made to perfection! The environment here is also always so enjoyable. Definitely the friendliest and most enjoyable Starbucks I have been to. Thanks for being so great ladies!
I ordered from ubereats and had to make slight alterations to my order. I called Starbucks and a lovely lady answered my call and was happy to help me. My order came beautifully packed and you could tell the drink was made with love. The staff make this Starbucks a great place. I know it’s just coffee but staff really know how to put a smile on customers faces!
I WAS THERE THIS AFTERNOON AND I WAS HAVING COMPUTER PROBLEMS AND JUST A BAD WORK DAY.... JASHANTI AND HER CO-WORKER WITH THE BLACK GLASSES WERE ROCKSTARS.... Really awesome spirited and refreshing store. One of the best out of many. I had a cappuccino with brown sugar syrup and it was perfect! I choose this location over the one down the street because they take too long to make things and I think they have management issues which I expressed to corporate. Keep up the great work guys! Your local cappuccino drinker!
The staff are always amazing. Accidentally made my drink wrong and caught it before handing it to me, made a new one in record speed, and was lovely about it.
