Sobeys Flamborough

Scene points card not scanning at self check out , I scanned and manually entered , its not working , no customer service from front end staff , she just repeated its working . My points card working at all other locations.

Little chocolate cheesecake bought at bakery last minute...should have cut it into 6 pieces but did 4. HOLY COW!!!! BEST CAKE EVER!

Good produce, fresh salads, bakery and generally good customer service. Sale prices are comparable to more budget- friendly stores that lack the selection available here. The meat is excellent as well!!

Same experience as some of the other customers. Cashier were really rude and didn’t ask for my scene card. I was showing her my phone throughout to scan. When I asked her when will you scan my scene points. She said it’s too late now. Go to customer care.My experience at the Burlington branch has been completely opposite. I think the quality of Sobeys at Waterdown is going down. Possibly bad management in last few months.

3 times in a row I came here a did not find what I was looking for. Potatoes looked like raisins, no roast left. Seems to be a common theme here. Worst Sobeys in the area
