Montfort Mediterranean Grill Waterdown

The staff is great. They always help you no matter how crowded it is. They make sure you like your drink. I am not a regular customer and everytime I go, I try a different drink. But I have never seen them getting frustrated with me. They always make sure that I am comfortable and they answer all my questions. I have been to other Starbucks where they make you feel small for not knowing the proper names but not this one.

I studied here on 2022 Thanksgiving. The store was a little busy as people were getting their last minute caffeine fix before their thanksgiving dinner. The drive through was very busy. The staff worked hard to make the drinks for the nonstop drive through. There are a total of 16 seats (5 two seaters and 4 at the counter facing outside). Not many people linger here so it could be a good spot to study on those slower days.

The employees are very polite and friendly. A man came in and asked for some cinnamon on his drink. The one employee was busy making a drink but said she’d be with him in just a moment to add cinnamon to his drink. He then reached behind the counter to grab the cinnamon (which isn’t allowed). The employee politely told him that for future reference please wait for us to assist you just because it’s behind our counter. He then went off on her and the other employees which was highly inappropriate. They handled it professionally by saying we’re sorry have a nice day with smiles. They addressed the other customers about the situation and apologized for the scene. They handled it very well. 10/10

I was shopping in the area and needed a juice type drink. Decided to try this Starbucks location for the first time. I wanted the green tea peach iced tea but they didn't have any. I heard about this dragon fruit drink and decided to try it out. The server asked me if I wanted coconut milk in it and I said yes (even though I was thinking milk mixed with juice didn't sound to appealing). Also ordered the classic iced caramel mocciato since we have never tried it at Starbucks. I got the drinks and the dragon fruit mixed drink did not look so great but decided to go for it and taste it. O M G!!! It was awesome, Amazing and actually really refreshing. Why have I not been drinking this all summer long??? Guess I found a new favorite drink, great job Starbucks!! Then we tried the iced caramel mocciato and it was soo yummy, cool, smooth , creamy with real caramel goodness!! It was the real deal for sure! I definitely DO RECOMMEND trying these drinks. The service was also awesome, very friendly and polite ladies at this location. I will be back for more!!

Love this place. The staff is just as good as the coffee!
