Jack Astor's Grill Eastgate

Went for dinner and was disappointed. I received an entree and got a side salad that was frozen I got a replacement but really they couldn't get a salad right the first time. Also our server was not good as well she took forever to service us just really disappointedI won't be back unfortunately

Wait staff was sub par at bestAsked for a glass of white wine when Bill came charge for wine was 23.00Really?When I questioned server she replied that wine is expensive these daysI had fish tacos and a glass of wine 50.00Excessive I thinkI will never return to this establishment for sure

Very Nice had 2 pounds of wings and garlic toast, sat at the bar watching a game. Served by a young lady Katie, was very polite and was always making sure we were ok. They had great service and great food would recommend to anyone.

I was having lunch on the patio today, when a giant fly went into my beer and died. It happened right infront of the server/bartender. I asked him I could get them beer replace with a fresh one. I even specified, not the full beer, just up to what I had left.The male bartender, slender guy with tattoos, made a snide comment saying No, those are the perils of sitting on the patio .I 've bartender for 20 years and I 've always replaced a beer if a fly goes in someone 's drink. It is pretty standard practice to do so, but he just laughed and said no. So I had to spend another $9 plus tax and tip for a new beer. I had lunch there and was going to stay for a second beer but I thought forget it, why give a bigger bill to someone who doesn 't care about their customer? Their patio was also really filthy there was literally garbage everywhere, with wrappers and containers on the floor.

Brought my daughter here for her 9th birthday. This is her favorite restaurant. Called to make a reservation. Told them it was my daughter 's bday. The staff here went the extra mile to ask me what were some of her favorite things. They wanted to make her bday extra special. Well did they ever. We were brought to a booth that was decorated with Happy Birthday banners, balloons and gifts for my daughter. I mean what an amazing show of pure joy and kindness and the smile on my daughter 's face, priceless. She also was treated with a tour of the restaurant. The food and service was excellent. Best Birthday at Jack Astors ever daddy! Big thanks to Ashley, Erika and the rest of the team. I mean just about all of the staff took the time to come over and wish my princess HAPPY BIRTHDAY! What an amazing experience. See you soon. You guys are best.
