We we’re in the West-End of Hamilton, ON on this day (08/19/2023) I felt like a milkshake. Usually go to McDonalds or even Boardwalk Burgers, they both serve milkshakes too. Anyway wife went into get an ice cream cone (they don’t have Tiger Tail ice cream) anymore, wife ordered a chocolate cone and I got the regular sized Banana Milkshake The shake was excellent l, thick and creamy, and tasted just like bananas. Bit on the expensive side, but what the hell, it was worth it. I’d come back anytime, when I’m in the mood for a good milkshake!

I went to the main west branch yesterday afternoon, enter the store and no one even know that I came in out of two attendees,one guy is busy in surfing on his phone and the other lady is busy to fix the counter.No greeting nothing...there is no food hygine..everything is looked like so messy..its look like they never clean this store for ages. The male person who took my order he did not even wash his hand and serving me with the same hands he is using his phone with. Very disappointed.

In point order.Hygiene is seemingly non existent, as the male server had no head or beard covering, nor any gloves and went from operating the till to serving ice cream without washing his hands.The two scoops that I bought in a tub, were already soft and melted when given to me, barely cold. My wife 's ice cream cone from a different fridge was fine.The jar at the till marked tips is crass, especially when two ice creams runs about twelve bucks and the owner is the one working the counter; it is unnecessary, especially as no effort was made towards cleanliness or providing a satisfactory product.Clean up your act, get rid of the begging bowl, fix the dodgy fridge and I 'll try again, but otherwise, Ill go elsewhere.

The new owner could not be more rude. It’s like he is annoyed and angry that you are in his store spending money. Not to mention the cones are now half the size they used to me. I’ll be going elsewhere for my sweet treats!

Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking, dude wasn't wearing gloves like other locations I've visited.
