Went in with a group of 10 a while back and we had reserved a table. Manager was terribly rude, got in my face and insulted me in front of my party. Then he proceeded to bring only my food out ice cold. Called the owner who said they’d spend a gift certificate and apologized. Still waiting on that. I would highly recommend you go to any of the other great restaurants at Grandscape. View all feedback.

The burger was gross. Thin patty not juicy and VERY plain! Pizza was OK but nothing extravagant but better than the burger! The Parmesan garlic bites were good though. One of drinks (Dr. Pepper) smelled of “roach spray”, we told the waiter and he brought us a new one. I would not recommend this place, any burger I have now I’m always gonna compare it to this and Sam’s club sells better meat pattys.

Our bartender server was so cool. We sat a table so I dont remember but He gave us exactly what we ordered. Great service and attentive. I really wish I remembered his name.Plus it was a little slow so we got our hot delicious pepperoni pizza in record breaking time. It felt like 5-8 minutes so we were blown away. I don't expect to ever get a pizza that quickly but we sure enjoyed it. Would pay Extra in the future to get a pie this fast. We only ordered an 18 inch but all 3 of us were stuffed.Actually took a couple slices to my parents!
10/10 recommend!! Ms. Tina was our waitress during dinner on 8/12. She was absolutely AMAZING. I cannot speak more highly of her. It was myself, my sister brother in law, and their two kids. (Under 10 y/o)Tina immediately put the kids order in when we got there so they could eat asap, checked in with us periodically and was just a genuinely warm and kind person. If I could request a waitress I would ask for her every time!
