After I get ads about Pollo Regio and their tortilla soup offered for a limited time, I decided to find one near me and try to be it a fan of soup, this is the first memory I was after seeing a number of shops during the ride. I have to go my order for the Tortilla Soup $7.49) and also a reward from the Regio Rewards app for a churro $2.75. While it was prepared, I checked her fresh salsa bar where to go small cups to try some salsas. I chose Pico de Gallo, Salsa Verde, Cabbage with Carrots and Salsa Roja. My order came out quite quickly and the owner and/or manager came out to welcome me before I left. I could say he was very dedicated to his business, sharing that they make all the food in house, he has beautifully made on some of the background “touch” and how that is the sound of the Salsas mixed and made). I love energy, dedication, and I could say that he cares about what he does from the heart. Now to the main event! I went to some shops to go to my soup, but it remained warm and packed well when I came home. They packed the bowl of soup with care, safe with plastic packaging. It came with a page of Salsa Verde, Jalapeño, and my tortilla strips that I usually requested on the page above on the soup. The portion size is very generous and a good price. There are beautiful large pieces of chicken along with vegetables, including celery, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and also pinto beans. There are plenty of broth and I really appreciate that the whole dish was not salty! It is also prepared with a white cheese on the bottom, which melts in the warm soup and is poured with fresh avocado. Overall, I think that the soup is made and filled, a meal in itself. I tried the Salsas and they are great! The cabbage with carrots has a great taste, with a hint of herbs. The Salsa Verde is delicious creamy, with a beautiful savory taste I would certainly reuse the sauce as with eggs. Pico de Gallo was also delicious, but my favorite is the Salsa Roja! I could definitely eat a few portions of it. My Crema Churro, also a limited time offer, was also a nice leak that was not excessively sweet. Thanks to the store for their hospitality and pride in your business, they are the kind of friendly, hardworking people who go to local businesses and inspire me personally! I would try her signature mesquite grilled chicken again. To practice my Spanish: Gracias para el amor y cuidado en tu comida!
The food is great, but the place could be better with the cleaning. It's infested with flies! You can't dip through the flies and suck it because I love their unlimited salsa bar. Please invest in a fly trap, they are cheap in a nearby Home Depot or Lowes.
