This dunkin is out of their minds with the pricing. For a small they are charging 5.89 not to mention down the road at dunkin that same exact drink is 3.79. Your coffee is not as good as Starbucks to be charging these premium prices. Your drinks are also too inconsistent, they never taste the exact same. This dunkin is out of their minds with the pricing. For a small they are charging 5.89 not to mention down the road at dunkin that same exact drink is 3.79. Your coffee is not as good as Starbucks to be charging these premium prices. Your drinks are also too inconsistent, they never taste the exact same. I definitely won’t be back to this location and recommend people pay more attention to the discrepancy in pricing at Dunkin’s around Ewing and give the one with the most reasonable prices their business.
As a regular, these are the nicest people. Always kind, courteous and get my order correct.
I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts at 1981 N Olden Ave Ext, Ewing Township, NJ, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.On the positive side, the store had a good variety of donuts and beverages. However, I encountered some issues with customer service that left me a bit perplexed.During my visit, the staff gave conflicting instructions about using the indoor seating area, which was frustrating. One employee said it was off-limits, while another said it was okay. This lack of clarity made the visit less enjoyable and highlighted a communication breakdown among the staff.Additionally, one employee told me the store was closing at 4 PM, which contradicted the hours posted on Google Maps, stating they close at 8 PM. This inconsistency raised concerns about how well the staff is informed and whether they are providing accurate information to customers.I reached out to Dunkin' Donuts customer service via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response or follow-up yet, which is concerning.In summary, the experience was marred by confusion and inconsistency in communication. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide clearer information to customers in the future.
