it was a lot to do, but it's time to stop. I wanted a strip sweet onion; the old Korean man accidentally took bbq and splashed everywhere. was not sanitary either. I saw some brown crumbs on the pfeffer cheese, took a picture, but deleted, because not thought I needed it. oh. and the type does not change gloves per customer. if they don't eat certain food, intentionally. The Chinese lady could be more friendly and patient.
The customer service was rude and dismissive. It felt as though they didn't appreciate my business and made it clear they didn't want my patronage.
I must say, this is my favorite Subway sandwich location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready with suggestions. Their service is efficient, and I've never experienced a bad meal or service here. Recently, I’ve been avoiding carbs and cheese, and they recommended the protein bowl, which is a fantastic choice for a quick and affordable post-workout meal. My photo may not look fancy since I couldn't have cheese, but it was definitely worth it! In 2022, I tried the hero bread with just 1 carb, and it was amazing—definitely give it a try! I hope all locations start stocking hero bread. Thank you to the owner for the recommendation!
We absolutely adore Susie, who works there in the mornings! My 9-year-old is a big fan of hers, and she's fantastic with him.
