The customer service is always excellent and I always receive a positive vibe in return. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. It is quiet with not much to catch your eye. There used to be music which added to the island feel of the establishment, but unfortunately, it is no longer there. In terms of wheelchair accessibility, there are no obstacles hindering entrance, dining, or exit.

When a server finally did come out, she was rude and clearly had an attitude. As expected, the food was soulless and dry.
