All the dishes were incredibly fresh. The homemade fries were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The quesabirria was served hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, accompanied by a tasty consomme on the side. The food was prepared quickly and efficiently. Overall, everything was delightful. I'm from Texas, where we take our Tex-Mex seriously. Now that I live in New York, I'm cautious about trying new places because I know the cooking here often doesn't compare. I recently ordered two servings of steak tacos from a restaurant with great reviews, thinking they would be delicious. Unfortunately, these were possibly the worst tacos I've ever had in NYC!
