We arrived around 3 PM, which is dinner time, but to my surprise, they were out of bread. A sandwich shop running out of bread is hard to understand—do people really just eat the toppings? It raises the question of why they remain open if they can't deliver what's expected. This isn't my first negative experience at this location. Overall, I would rate the food a 1.

I asked for recommendations from the new menu, and she just pointed to it without saying a word. I watched as they turned away a family just 10 minutes before closing time. While I was still eating, someone came up behind me and told me to leave with only five minutes left until closing. I didn't expect much, but I still paid $19.98 for a sandwich from the new menu and a drink. I feel like I should have been allowed to finish my meal in those last few minutes. I'll definitely be avoiding this place in the future and will be warning others to do the same.

The staff seems to prioritize getting customers out the door quickly rather than providing good service. It felt like they were more focused on socializing than actually working, and they didn't appear to enjoy engaging with customers. I won't be returning to this place.

To make matters worse, the bathroom was lacking both soap and paper towels, leaving me with no choice but to wipe my hands on my pants. There was also no hand sanitizer available, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the staff's hands. It's frustrating to think that if this had happened during Covid, the FDA would likely have shut them down.

It wouldn't have been a major issue, except that I had already opened my sandwich and started eating it with my fingers. Instead of resolving the situation properly, they simply exchanged my sandwich with the gentleman at the next table. I believe it would have been better to prepare a new sandwich for him instead.
