What Vladimir Wirth doesn't like about Chateau Mandarin:
nothing we ate was fresh. Notably:- the lacquered duck sauce made cumeaux- the wine in pichet was bad- the children's chocolate ice ball had a doubtful taste (they left them!)- the diabolo is made with a ventilated lemonade- the coffee felt the warmth not the address to try if we already know good addresses.
