I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Great choice - nicely presented food We were looking for a nice place for lunch.
The Charles Dickens has been recently refurbished under new ownership and the final product is excellent.
Not as cool as I thought it would be It had no character and was larger than your typical pub.
Not a great service, we felt like we were bothering the server.
The brunch was delicious and the service was perfect. We recommend.
