Burger King - Thanet

The restaurant experience was disappointing. The burger did not come with the advertised smoked bacon and there were no hot drinks available. The 10p charge for a small tomato sauce was excessive. The staff at the till lacked customer service skills, as they did not use basic manners like please and thank you. The tables were not cleared or cleaned, giving the place an untidy appearance. However, the toilets were acceptable.

Got a Just Eat delivery for my first vegan burger meal and it was very good. I had the Vegan Double Bakon with Cheeze and vegan chicken nuggets. Am looking forward to trying the plant-based Whopper. The meal was hot and arrived in 20mins from ordering. This has always been my favourite burger place and now I'm vegan it still is

20/10/23 20:05 This is more an apology to the server who I might of probably made feel nervous , as when she relayed her managers request i simply said I'll be an a.h anyway and ignor what he had to say. And i did i went and took seat But thankyou for being patient with me How can you tell a customer at 5 past 8 there not talking any more walkin's when all there was other then me where 2 ladys and a child. Whipping down tables is not a hard task and nor is swepping the floor. Maybe the business needs better managers who can deal with time management properly.

I visited this restaurant several months ago and had a difficult time using the drive-thru speaker, as it was not working properly. This made it hard to understand the person taking my order. Additionally, they were out of coffee and the card machine was not working, so I had to go to another restaurant as I didn't have cash on me. I decided to give them another chance today, but unfortunately, the drive-thru speaker still wasn't fixed and it was still hard to communicate. I was told to order at the window because of the issue with the speaker and was also informed that they did not have any hot drinks available. I won't be returning to this restaurant and will opt for a different option, such as McDonald's, next time.
