Shalu Mama Da Dhaba - Thāne

Very huge still food is great with lot of signature dishes just behind the main building now they have a very nice garden dhabha with love music during weeeknds. They have different blocks for family and party groups.

From the highway, it looks like a small restaurant. But when you go inside, it's massive. The area is vertically divided into separate dining areas named 1,2,3... There are separate dining areas for families. Nice ambience. There is a guy girl singing on karaoke to entertain the crowd but they sing very old songs of the 80s, 90s. Good setup. We had a birthday party here with 16 people. They also serve gavthi/desi chicken they take us to an area where many hens are caged we can choose which hen we want to eat. Bill crossed 10k with veg nonveg starters, main course, biryani.

Food was delicious and service was quick. They have separate sections for family , no smoking and for party nerds with no restrictions. They provide options to select fish at the table before they cook it for you. We ate pomfret fry and it was tasty.

This dhaba is very good option for lunch or dinner, located to Shilphata road, Enough parking space available and security guard also available to guide you to park your vehicle that’s good point, enough seating space available. Waiters are attentive. We tried Chicken Hundi, Chicken platter and one seafood dish prawns masala. Taste is good. Also try roomali papad very tasty. We went here at lunch time so environment was little hot.. overall good option, should definitely try food here.
