National Punjab, Thane is a restaurant of many options. Located at Teen Petrol Pump area, it sits right adjacent to 'Mi HI Koli '. Place is huge as compared to some other restaurants in the area. It has a Family Dining area, a general area, elevated airy deck and a AC section for we drunkards. Smoking isn 't allowed anywhere in the restaurant except elevated deck. Idea was to enjoy a cricket match with fiends over drinks and food. So ordered whiskey. Royal Stag Barrel Select, a premium whiskey offered by Royal Stag. It has a beautiful aroma and you can feel the flavors the moment it touches your tongue. It 's good with water and great if taken neat. I prefer neat.<br/ <br/ Food was chicken crispy topped with single fried egg. Try this combination! Egg has to be tossed and mixed well into crispy. Egg gets coated on chicken the the flavor enhances multifold. They are big on quantity. I really liked the portion size which is often neglected by restaurants for better presentation. Fryums sprinkled all over crispy also gave a nice twist to it.<br/ <br/ I liked the place and would like to visit again sometime.

Had been to this place for casual dining last weekend. First of all the prices are reasonable and the food quality is upto the mark. The staff is polite and helpful. Prefer rooftop if you're with friends, else the family section is downstairs. Banjara Kebab and Cheese Garlic Naan were awesome. Decent place to have food without spending much, would sum up the review for this resto.
