What can I say about Tim Horton's? It's a Canadian institution, and there are never any surprises. That being said, the Ham and Cheddar sandwich was delicious...just as expected when a very quick lunch was needed. The location is very convenient, and the drive-thru service very quick. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Was surprised during a recent visit to the Thamesford Tim Hortons to learn that staff have no idea what menu items contain gluten (or not.) When I asked if someone in the kitchen could advise which of the soups did not contain gluten, I was eventually told that they did not know. Seems most food items are prepared elsewhere and all they could recommend was that I review their "Nutrition Guide!" This document only des... View all feedback.
Three days in succession, I have now asked for a double-double with milk, and even tried a “big two milk, two sugars”. I'll have another coffee with cream. we can say the difference between the two, please begin to make our coffee right.
Give the single star to the young man who makes today bagels, he deserves 5 stars he was excellent! the rest of the frontend staff is not only brutal. I still have a quality experience with mobile orders on this site, very disappointing! I put my order for 8:15. proven at the time, stood on the pickup section for almost 10 minutes, while the staff stood around the discussions with some other customers. My bagel was ready when I got in, waiting for my tee. the young man came by the bagel counter and asked if I waited for something else. I recommended that the rest of my order was missing. then he interrupted the social chat and “Annette” looked at me, went to the printer, fetched my order intake and began to make my tee. without a word to me, no apologies etc. I wish I had received the name of the young man, he was great! he apologized and thanked me for my geduld. annette then gave me my tee and turned around to resume her chats without word. some of the worst services I have received. the management should really appeal to this mängel. I don't care if there's a line or it's busy. but that was simply unacceptable.

Completely incapable. the driving staff can not order to save her life. I could also say the attitude.
By far the absolute slowest drive thru I've ever experienced, consistently! And it doesn't seem to matter the number of cars ahead of you, it's slow. They get the order prepared correctly though, I will give them that!
