Whoever the two people were on shift tonight , they were so very kind and I appreciate that so much. It was a lady and a man and both of them spoke with respect, gave a smile the whole time and even loaded us up with the sauce! I appreciate so much for people that are working night shift especially to still carry that much respect and love. Night shift sucks for anyone at any job so it speaks volumes. I appreciate it... I work at night, so my options for food are super limited on my way home. Two times I went to this place after work (about 4 a.m.) and the staff is out. I work in the industry so that I could not take care of an employee who takes a smoke break, but my question is that they both told me that they are closed by 430. I've come often and always had great service from this one guy but man I came through tonight and this young small Mexican lady I guess was havin a rough night or somethin cause man she was rude
I ordered 6 tacos and I got that. A taco has eaten half. Make sure you eat here.
In the drive through at 2:30am on a Wednesday night with nobody ahead of us or behind us. We asked for a few minz to look over the menu. Got a response of no problem , as to be expected, but then heard 4 minutes . Asked what she meant by 4 min and get back, I wasn 't talking to you . Ok.. whatever, maybe was a mistake. So me and my gf continue looking over the menu with nobody waiting behind us so we took our time. After a few minz we roll the window down and say we are ready. After placing our small order we hear oh wow, that 's it , like we wasted her time. Quickly I cancelled the order and drove off. Exactly the reason I quit going to this JiB years ago and regret it every time I do try and go back.
My fries were cold when I checked them which was right after I pulled out of the driveway I was like that is ok as long as my burgers and chicken are hot. I checked my chicken it's lukewarm I checked my burgers and they are sloppy and barely thrown together in the boxes. they are the only thing that's hot I don't understand how I'm been sitting there for 10 minutes for my order to be ready when it wasn't busy and I still got cold food gave me the wrong type of fries for one of my orders and all of my drinks were flat. Will not recommend or return. Calling the store to complain even tho I know nothing will be done about it.
I work night shifts, which means my food options are quite limited when I'm heading home. I've visited this restaurant twice after my shift, around 4 a.m., and each time, the staff was unavailable. I understand that employees need to take breaks, but I was informed by two different staff members that they close at 4:30. The first time I experienced this, I wasn’t particularly upset until I stopped by Shipleys on my way back home about ten minutes later, and I saw them serving customers in the drive-thru. Honestly, it wouldn’t have bothered me to wait for the employees to finish their break, but it’s frustrating to see multiple staff members around just to tell me that the restaurant was closed.
