Fish Spot - Texas City

This is a fantastic local spot with a charming little bar. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent—especially the fried mushrooms and fried shrimp, which I absolutely love. If you're in Texas City and looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend checking it out; it’s definitely one of the local favorites!

Despite the less-than-ideal atmosphere, I have to say that the cheeseburger I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The Boudin balls and shrimp were also very tasty. If you decide to eat here, I recommend getting the food to go—it’s much better the second time around. I definitely recommend the burger!

My mom has been going here for a while now and I finally got to try it out and I 100/10 recommend Absolutely the best little restaurant around Texas city. SOOO DELICIOUS everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back. I do have to say though if you don't prefer a cornmeal batter do ask for the flour battering, chefs kiss I wish I had taken pictures, unfortunately it looked too delicious to pause an grab my phone to do so.
