Super Ambient! We were able to sit down as a family of 3 without any loudness of surrounding people. Sophisticated and the food is amazing! The service is impeccable, super tedious about refills and how we are doing during our visit. Highly recommend for any out of state visitors View all feedback.
What Britni Powell doesn't like about Zapata's:
Zapata's has a great atmosphere for dates and get togethers. It's usually loud with people packed in on the weekends. That's not a bad thing, but if you're looking for somewhere quiet, this isn't it. The white queso is very good, but the food itself has never been wonderful. Not bad, but not my go-to when craving Mexican food. Margaritas are always good! View all feedback.
We had heard Zapata's was a very good place to eat but we were very disappointed, especially for the cost of our meals. The table was uncomfortable being set at an angle against the wall, and a wedge had to be placed under the leg to keep it from rocking. The soft drinks came out in Styrofoam cups. Our meals were very bland and the ground beef seemed dry. We liked our server. She was nice and professional. However, we won't visit Zapata's again.
Food and service were great! All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service, good (but not great) food, fun atmosphere, but why the TOP HEAVY Styrofoam cups for the margaritas?? A person at our table bumped the cup reaching for chips and sent the contents all over the table. We had to eat with a sticky mess put a squash on an otherwise enjoyable evening. Parking: Plenty of parking in the otherwise desolate downtown
The bartender Pedro is awesome! Our food is always on point.
